A few weeks ago we did a really great bodyweight workout at the beach during one of the morning sessions of Vita Boot Camp. We love at home workouts because it means they generally don’t require much equipment (or any at all) and they can be done anywhere. Don’t confuse the word “simple” in our title of this workout though. Although the moves may not be complicated, they are definitely not easy in a Tabata format.
