Sessions take place in a variety of serene settings, including our beautiful beaches, nearby parks, as well as our private indoor studio and fully-equipped fitness center on-site.
Morning:
7:00 am - Start your day with a nutritious breakfast to fuel your body
9:00 am - Dive into a personalized Personal Training Session, designed to target your specific goals
10:00 am - Strengthen your core and improve flexibility with a rejuvenating Pilates Mat session
Break + Lunch:
11:00 am - Take a well-deserved break and enjoy a satisfying lunch
Afternoon:
2:00 pm - Unleash your power and boost your stamina with an exhilarating Kickboxing session
