Our personalized online fitness coaching service, where your unique goals and preferences take center stage. Whether you're aiming to build muscle, shed fat, enhance flexibility, or improve mobility, we tailor a comprehensive plan just for you. 

Our approach begins with a thorough assessment of your current fitness level, schedule availability, preferred training environment (gym, home, or outdoors), and exercise goals and preferences - whether that’s yoga, running, weightlifting, core work, or a focus on balance and flexibility. From there, we will partner with you to create a plan that is optimized for your personal needs.

 

Our Approach

What sets us apart is our commitment to individualization. We understand that no two clients are the same, which is why our experienced coaches craft a fully personalized six to twelve week program designed to address your specific needs, while also considering recovery days for optimal results.

But it doesn't end there. We kick off our journey with an initial Zoom meeting to delve deeper into your goals, preferences, and any unique considerations you may have. This allows us to create a plan that's not only effective but also enjoyable and sustainable.


Meet Your Coach

Chloe Carpenter is from New Orleans Louisiana and graduated from Tulane University with two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Health and Wellness and the other in Exercise Science. 

She is an ACE certified personal trainer, AFPA certified Nutrition Coach, AFPA Autoimmune specialist, and 500-hour certified yoga instructor. She has been doing health and fitness coaching for the past seven years and absolutely loves everything about it.

Your Personalized 6 Week Plan
Following our discussion, you'll receive an intentionally crafted exercise regimen tailored exclusively for you. This comprehensive program spans 6 weeks and includes detailed instructions accompanied by descriptive text, images, and instructional videos to ensure clarity and effectiveness in your workouts. We understand the importance of rest and recovery in achieving optimal results. That's why we've integrated designated rest days into your program, accompanied by valuable tips to enhance your recovery process and expedite progress.

Continued Support
Throughout your journey, our your coach remains readily available via email, providing you with six weeks of continuous support. Whether you have questions, seek guidance, or simply need an extra boost of motivation, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

Convert to a 12 week plan
Option to add additional 6 weeks for $275 available once you complete your kickoff call.

Full payment is required a the time of booking.
48 hour cancellation policy - we require a 48 hour cancellation for a refund for any service. All services not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are non refundable.
Custom exercise programs are non refundable once delivered.
